We freshly roast coffee every week, bringing out the aroma and flavour that is locked inside the finest quality green coffee beans sourced from around the world. Our Loring roaster is well suited to produce our style of lighter and more delicate roast profiles with more depth of flavour and less acidity. This eco-friendly, smokeless roaster locks in even more flavour, while it is designed to use 80% less fuel than conventional roasters because there is no afterburner used to complete the roasting process. As a result, the machine emits less greenhouse gas than traditional roasters, which also helps protect local air quality.
