IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

  1. Original proof of purchase must be provided by Guest for any refund or return to be approved.

 

  1. No REFUND will be granted OR RETURN accepted on any perishable food items, such as our Whole Bean Coffee, Viennoiseries, Pâtisserie, Chocolate, Confectionery, Gelato or Cold Brewed bottled drinks.

 

  1. If you have by accident not purchased the Capsule product of your choice, please return the product with original proof of purchase within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the Capsule Box is in its original condition and original packaging, and has not been tampered with

 

  1.  If you are not satisfied with Retail Merchandise you have bought at our store, or if such Merchandise is faulty, such as Books, Lifestyle bags & accessories, Coffee & Tea accessories, and Tableware, please return the product with original proof of purchase within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the Merchandize is returned in its original condition and original packaging, and has not been used.

 

  1. If you have purchased an Espresso Machine, and found it to be damaged or faulty, please contact our support team for troubleshooting or to arrange returning the product for refund, exchange or repair, depending on the circumstance. We will gladly refund an unusedEspresso Machine in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase, with original proof or purchase.

 

  1. Coco Safar gift cards can be redeemed in-store on any purchase when presenting upon payment, and can be topped up again for further use. Gift cards cannot be refunded in cash, in part or in full.
